Integrate vocational with academics

Every job is vocational
Every job is a vocational job. There are different levels of jobs and the academics works into each of these levels. Academics are not the issue of importance by itself, but employability is. Academics should be helping vocational programs and the vocational programs should not be the dumping ground. Every child is a leader in some capacity but we often forget this. We need to get rid the philosophy of high schiever and the vocational dummies. Academics are for job skills and every child is a leader. They may be in different capacities, but they are leaders.
