Answer from Shawn N. Webster:
(MATRIX) Two-thirds of the original states participating in the Multistate Anti-Terrorism Information exchange (MATRIX) program have withdrawn citing concerns of privacy, accuracy, legality, and cost. Do you feel that Ohio, as one of only 5 states remaining, should continue to participate? Why or why not?
If two thirds have withdrawn, it is hardly multistate any longer. Therefore its original intent has been severely restricted and we should consider also withdrawing.
7. How would you implement your top priority?
|
Answer from Shawn N. Webster:
Reduce services provided by the state
8. How would you implement your second priority?
|
Answer from Shawn N. Webster:
Shift the funding of local government and social
services to the property tax.
Fund schools with the resulting available income
and sales tax.
