1985-1988: Judge, Toledo Municipal Court.
Elected in 1985 and 1987. Established Housing Court in 1988.
1988-2003: Judge, Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. Elected in 1988, 1994 and 2000. Administrative Judge, 1996.
2003-Present: Judge, Sixth District Court of Appeals. Elected, winning all eight counties.
