Political Philosophy for Ray Fernandez
Candidate for |
I believe that as a City Council Member my responsibilities would include achieving the desires of the residents in La Habra Heights. Being a member on the council should not consist of obtaining personal gain, but rather acting as a liaison between the residents and local government. I want to be of service to YOU and work as a public servant to continue to uphold the city's outstanding quality of life. I promise that before I make any decisions that could affect the residents of La Habra Heights, I will conduct proper research and obtain community input. I intend to think critically about decisions and take a diplomatic approach to issues in the city. I will provide you with a full comprehensive outlook on each topic and take action according to your wants. I want to serve you and incorporate YOUR ideas into solutions that will shape our city's future. I will not play political games or cater to government insiders. I will be a voice of the people, representing the needs of every resident, regardless of how long you've lived here or who you know. |
