Dear Neighbor:

Rio Hondo College has a special place in my heart. Rio Hondo gave start to my 33-year career in law enforcement. I'm proud to be a Roadrunner.

I have dedicated my life to serving the community. In short, I serve in the Boy Scouts of America, Rio Hondo District, mentoring scouts, on the Beverly Hospital Foundation Board, in the Lions, Elks, American Legion, and on the Rio Hondo Police Academy Advisory Board shaping new officers.

In my 33 years in law enforcement, I have seen young people in trouble or dead. I believe in guiding and norturing young people to set them onto the right path. I strongly believe that that path is EDUCATION. I want to get as many young people and adults into Rio Hondo to improve their lives, thier families, and the community.

I want to serve. I want to give more to Rio Hondo and the people I will represent.
