• Maintain fiscal solvency.
• Continue to provide a safe, secure, healthy environment for students.
• Continue to provide a high quality education for all Westside students.
• Develop a 5/10/15 year school facilities plan.
• Provide funding for new schools necessary for our increasing enrollment.
• Continue to work in partnership with developers to build schools.
• Reduce class sizes.
• Implement instant access communication system for parents.
• Maintain on going curriculum development and implementation.
• Provide the best possible salary and benefit package for all Westside employees.
• Continue to dialogue with parents, staff, and community to identify and address district needs and priorities.
