• Sound financial management; successful modernization of school campuses and facilities
• Successful negotiations with representatives of employee associations
• Maintain well rounded and strong board membership
• Adopt and institute well rounded student curriculum including technology, arts, athletic, and vocational programs
• Expand the territory of students, teachers, and administrators + visited and signed two sister schools in China
