Program Manager responsible for advising corporate and public sector clients on federal, state and local water quality issues, and managing the day to day operations of environmental publications prepared in collaboration with Specialty Technical Publishers.

Deputy City Attorney serving as counsel to the City's Office of Environmental Management, Water Pollution Control Plant and Fire Department, responsible for ensuring that the programs and activities conducted by these departments were in compliance with city, state, and federal environmental law.

California State Coastal Conservancy Oakland, California (April 1988 - December 1989). Conservancy counsel responsible for ensuring the legal sufficiency of the agency's actions to acquire conservation easements for public access, open space and habitat protection.
