Elected positions, as opposed to appointed officials, in government represent the true meaning of democracy. Electing the best and most qualified candidate points to Effectiveness, Efficiency, Equality and Equity.Empowering voters and taxpayers is answerable by the need to vote for one who is from our group of ordinary citizens, who is most qualified in terms of experience and education, and whose passion is to serve taxpayers as customers. Your vote would point to the most qualified candidate based on what he knows and not whom he knows. Based on the concept that all taxpayers have only one color of blood, so should all taxpayers be served as number one customers as long as the color of their blood is red. My salary as a government employee comes from the taxes paid by taxpayers, so I should give back the maximum value of every tax dollars to all taxpayers and San Franciscans - - - to their full satisfaction (Manuel Valle, 2005). My plan- - - Maximizing investment yields even beyond the arbitrage level would increase services to the public and prevent tax increases due to budget shortfalls. Extending the present family tax credit would help the poor, renters, homeless population, among others - - - I plan to extend the family credit if I win as Treasurer of San Francisco. I would also help ease San Franciscans in opening bank accounts from banks we invest with. I would audit all unaudited businesses to be fair to all. I would treat taxpayers as customers - - - customers first! I am there to proactively help all San Franciscans with efficiency, effectiveness, equality, and equity. Manuel Valle has the longest investment, treasury, and audit experience and the best education among the candidates. Please vote for Manuel Valle as SF Treasurer. Win with Manuel Valle!
