Shall Springfield Township, County of Hamilton, Ohio, have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located in Springfield Township, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?

Oct 16, 2005 Springfield Township Civic Assocation The civic association is sponsoring a candidates forum at 7 p.m. Oct. 16 at the senior center. In addition to hearing from candidates for township trustee, Finneytown school board and Municipal Court 3rd District, a township official will present an overview of electric and gas aggregation issues.

October 18, 2005 6:30pm 9150 Winton Road The Board of Trustees is conducting this public hearing to give residents the opportunity to ask any questions they may have or gain a better understanding of the Energy Aggregation Program.
