What is the 5-year Financial Plan?What is the 5-year Financial Plan? The 5-year plan establishes the maximum expenditure and the minimum cash reserve for 2009. Following this plan will guarantee that the 2004 limited levy will last 5 years, and will put the district in a solid financial position in 2009, when the Board of Education will need to ask the residents to support a new levy.
