1. Do you favor electing or appointing the City Clerk of Avalon?

Answer from Mark N. Tasca:

I'm in favor of electing the City Clerk.

2. How can the City of Avalon best secure an acceptable standard of public safety?

Answer from Mark N. Tasca:

There should be more foot patrols. More citizen involvement, more INS participation.

3. What are the advantages and disadvantages of having a city election in April of the even-numbered years? Do you favor continuing the practice?

Answer from Mark N. Tasca:

Yes. An advantage. It is all a matter of logistics and economics sense. Yes, I favor continuing this practice
