I listen to airport tenants. The other day while at the airport terminal I chatted with a couple of custodians. After chatting with them I went on to visit with airport tenants.

While talking with a rent-a-car person one of the custodians I had spoken with tapped me on the shoulder and said, "You're the only person from upstairs to have ever spoken with me!"

That touched my heart. We must and we will meet with and listen to all employees and tenants.
