Council Member; City of Costa Mesa

Attending California University Long Beach, Chris attained his Bachelor of Art in Philosophy with an emphasis on legal theory. Upon graduation, Bunyan pursued post graduate studies in Philosophy and the study of law, and has since been active as an author on social and political commentary. Chris also toured ,as a speaker on the famed Lollapalooza Music Festival. Additionally, Chris was an editor for Manic magazine and other publications, and has received the honor of being named Barnes and Noble Author of the Month. For his work as an author, commentator, and editor, Chris was chosen to lecture at Harvard University. A businessman in the City of Costa Mesa for the past six years, Chris Bunyan has served the residents of the community with integrity and a genuine care for their well-being. His care and concern for the city is further apparent through his service, as a member, on the Cultural Arts Committee for the City of Costa Mesa, with a commitment to helping the arts flourish.
