Guadalupe, to me, has always been a diamond in the rough.It just needs its edges to be sanded to a gloss where it would be the jewel of northern Santa Barbara county. We have so much potential in our beautiful city. We have our beautiful beaches and sanddunes, which have used for so many movie sets. We have the downtown area with its old buildings,which are going to be retrofitted soon.We have the wonderful dune center, historical society musuem and the Guadalupe culture center and Hall of fame center. As I've said before I was born and raised in Guadalupe and I love my beautiful city, and I want to do everything I can to progress it in to the 21st century. |
