More and more residents are voicing concerns about height, lot coverage, massing and set-backs. I will work to strengthen the design process by making sure that design guidelines are clear and consistently applied. Developers should be required to create three-dimensional scale models of the projects (not just drawings) that include neighboring buildings so that we can get a more realistic sense of the size and scale of the project. In addition, new development should meet or exceed all green building standards. |
