PERSONAL

Herb is a Christian: He regularly attends a Covenant Church.

Family: Two Children, six grand children.

Residence: He lives in the home he purchased in Carson. Born: at home, on the farm, January 5, 1939, Dinuba, CA. Five of his six siblings, were given birth at home on the farm.

SERVICE TO 37th CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT

Herb has personally visited many persons in the 37th Congressional District; often traveling by foot, door to door; learning to know the people.

GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE

In the chapter preceding his candidacies, Herb retired from an award winning and rewarding career with the Federal Aviation Administration; there he observed the potential for corruptness of government employment.

GRANDSON OF IMMIGRANTS

Herb's grandparents immigrated to the USA in about 1875. His parents became farmers during the early 1930s; Herb learned first hand the risks and challenges and rewards of operating a business.
