I will apply my financial and business background to maintain and enhance fiscal responsibility while continuing to provide a positive, productive, and safe learning environment for all students, families, teachers, adminstrators, and community members.Financial strength in today's environment is not easy. School districts need to constantly monitor, adjust, and make hard decisions when it comes to managing school budgets and expenses. The results of such planning and scrutiny is a strong financial position that can support strong academics, strong enrichment programs, strong students, and strong schools. El Segundo's School Board and school administrators have done an excellent job at achieving financial strength and stability for our schools. I will support and work to maintain and enhance the financial strength and stability of our schools. |
