Candidate for
Board Member; Spreckels Union School District

I possess the leadership, experience, impartiality and knowledge required to make the informed decisions vital to running the district in a fiscally responsible manner, while making the best decisions for all students and staff in regards to curriculum, programs, facilities, salaries and benefits. Having been involved with the advisory goals committee, I would like to see the implementation of innovative programs to enhance the district and attract and retain qualified teachers. I would assist the district in researching revenue funding opportunities and grants that would free up our general fund account in order to increase salaries for all of our employees. I would strive to open the lines of communication between the administration, teachers and classified staff, board of trustees and parents through our district website and newsletters. I believe my abilities and dedication to the district qualify me to continue as a Trustee of the Spreckels Union School District.
