Board Member; North Monterey County Unified School District

1. Financial Health: need to understand the fiscal budgetary needs of the district by reviewing and resolving any issues as documented in (a) a balanced budget (assets, liabilities, equity), (b) income statement, and (c) cash flows.

2. Tactical - ensuring all operational tasks are funded sufficiently based on current market trends, which includes employee salaries, facility maintenance, academic, arts, and athletic programs, etc.

3. Strategic - planning for upgrades and expansions of capabilities to improve both academic, arts, and athletic programs.
