Political Philosophy for Damon Connolly
Candidate for |

|
Dear Neighbor, My family and I are proud to call San Rafael home. I cherish living in a city with such great neighborhoods and a real strong sense of community. Because our city means so much to me, I have always felt that it was important to give back to the community. I am deeply committed to working hard every day to bring out the best in San Rafael's neighborhoods. I'd be honored to earn your vote for San Rafael City Council on November 6, so I can help make our city government work for all of us. I hope you'll stop by my website, http://www.damonconnolly.com, where you can learn more about my campaign, and share your ideas with me about San Rafael. Thanks so much, Damon
As your City Councilmember, you can count on me to: Promote Neighborhood Outreach San Rafael deserves city leaders who are in tune with the needs of our neighborhoods. As your Councilmember, I will regularly engage the community, bringing our city together to collectively determine San Rafael's future. Create More Transportation Choices I will work to create innovative, safer, and more convenient transit options. We need to promote more bicycle and pedestrian alternatives, safer routes to school, and a comprehensive plan to reduce traffic. Reduce San Rafael's Contribution to Global Warming With the federal government failing to address our biggest challenges, local government is fast becoming our new catalyst for change. I will fight to reduce San Rafael's contribution to global warming. |
