Eastvale residents must receive maximum benefits from the parks they pay for. I will take an interest in the creation of recreation programs that accommodate a variety of users. Parks should also be properly maintained to ensure their usefulness.
The residents of Eastvale need to feel that they are receiving the maximum benefit from their parks. This is not always easy with so many user groups vying for playing space. As a result, I will propose a method for scheduling the different groups at the parks and for joint use agreements with the school district fields. This will allow more time for Eastvale residents who are not members of user groups to enjoy their parks. In addition, I will recommend a different fee schedule for outside residents who are members of these organizations and a fee schedule for tournament play. This will help offset the cost of maintaining the parks. I will also recommend more staff be hired to properly maintain the parks to their optimum level.
