An additional tax for the benefit of Colerain Township, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of POLICE PROTECTION AND SAFETY SERVICES at a rate not exceeding one and fifteen-hundredths (1.15) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to eleven and five-tenths cents ($0.115) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2007, first due in calendar year 2008.
