An additional tax for the benefit of the City of Montgomery, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PARKS AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY FOR A PUBLIC PARK at a rate not exceeding one and twenty-five hundredths (1.25) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twelve and five-tenths cents ($0.125) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for twenty (20) years, commencing in 2007, first due in calendar year 2008.
