Information shown below:

A replacement of 4.75 mills of an existing levy and an increase of 4.25 mills, to constitute a tax for the benefit of the Village of Lincoln Heights, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of POLICE PROTECTION at a rate not exceeding nine (9) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ninety cents ($0.90) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2007, first due in calendar year 2008.
