2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

Work with the staff and administration to understand the needs of our students, and meet those needs so that they can excel academically.
Work with individual schools& staff to encourage parental involvement in their child's education.
Continue to serve as Liason to City Council and Township
3. What is your position on amending the Ohio Constitution with regard to the funding of public schools? (150 word limit)?

Answer from Steven A. Harness:
The State of Ohio Legislature must amend the State Constitution to make school funding more equitable to all school districts. The current system penalizes districts with a low industry-base, forcing more tax burden on the homeowner.
