1. What are your qualifications for office? (50 word limit)
|
Answer from Tim Carter:
I would like to continue the work I started in December of 2005. My top priorities are getting top performance from staff members so that your tax dollars are well spent. Contact me to learn what I have discovered over the past two years.
2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)
|
Answer from Tim Carter:
I will continue to call regular committee meetings to ensure our most valuable human and physical assets are being cared for and are kept in top shape. I intend to stay focused on uncovering waste and inefficiencies in all Village departments. My ad hoc Web site Committee will continue to work each month to expand the new Web site so that it can hopefully answer all residents' question(s) any time of day or night. Finally, I will continue to host Town Meetings to get valuable input from all residents.
3. State three actions that you recommend to promote regional cooperation, and explain how you would implement each action? (150 word limit)
|
Answer from Tim Carter:
I will continue to attend the quarterly meetings with neighboring government officials. At the most recent one held at the end of August, 2007, I gave the presentation showing all who attended how they can make their Web sites better serve their residents.
