Answer from Willie J. Norton:
Answer from Gina Ruffin Moore:
I have served on the Woodlawn Planning Commission for more than 3 years with a bird's eye view of the political process. As a public relations strategist with a minor in political science - it is clear that citizens need to become more involved in government (in the Village). Such involvement would be advantageous to Village's elected officials and to individual citizens, as well. I am also a member of National Forum for Black Public Administrators, which offers a myriad of resources and ideas on how to improve government processes.
I am a skilled professional with diversified experience as a trainer, adjunct instructor, author, community outreach specialist, former radio news director.
I have served on numerous county boards including the ADAS Board, American Red Cross (Communications Committee), International Association of Business Communicators, National Association of Black Journalists, Member, Mt. Zion Baptist Church Woodlawn, and Order of Eastern Star.
Education: Bachelor's of Science in Journalism, Ohio University; Princeton High
School Alum (1975)
