1. What are your qualifications for office? (50 word limit)
My education, Customs experience, and eight years of experience as the City Auditor give me the knowledge and ability to perform this job in an effective and efficient manner. My knowledge of the City Charter enables me to address the issue of continuity and consistency in the City's financial operations.2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)
Payroll reporting software has been purchased and introductory training has been completed. Implementation is in process. Charts of Accounts from other municipalities are being utilized to redevelop our current Chart. Will lead a Charter review committee to implement changes in the City's financial organization structure.3. State three actions that you recommend to promote regional cooperation, and explain how you would implement each action? (150 word limit)
Work with the Center for Local Government to enhance cooperation efforts they have already implemented. Also participate in the Government Cooperation & Efficiency Project sponsored by Hamilton County and facilitated by Management Partners.
