Scott has lived in Sharon Hill for 36yrs. He was born and raised in Sharon Hill. He graduate for Academy Park High School and Folcroft Vo-tech. He has Served as the Chairman of the Building, Zoning, and Planning comittiee. He has serve on the Sharon Hill Althletic Association board of directors and a girl's softball coach. Scott Currently serves on the Four Borough Comprehensive plan implementation Task Force. Scott has run the Sharon Hill Borough's Troop drive for Sharon Hill Council for the last three years.
