Bill and his family have resided in Villa Park for 24 years and he has been involved in a number of civic and community activities. He serves as Vice-Chairman of the Villa Park Investment Advisory Committee. He has served as Assistant Cub Master and Assistant Scout Master of Villa Park's Troop 850 Cub and Boy Scouts. He served as Vice President of Operations and Manager of a team in Villa Park's Little League.

Bill is a REALTORŪ with OC Signature Properties in Orange. He Served as the 2007 President of Pacific West Association of REALTORSŪ, the largest local REALTORŪ association in California and the fifth largest in the nation. He services in a number of key regional, state and national real estate leadership positions including director of the California Association of REALTORSŪ and National Association of REALTORSŪ.

Bill's has over 25 years experience as a senior financial manager for ARCO and Southern California Gas Company.
