All troops and contractors out, no bases
All troops out now, no american presence, no bases. Leaving any small contingent will invite violence, leaving any "advisors" behind will lead to creeping American involvement (as was the case in Korea).

We should lead a program within the United Nations to rebuild Iraq. The U.S should be the major contributor since we caused the damage.
