Political Philosophy for Kevin Hart
Candidate for |
My candidacy will raise a voice for those without one - I will talk straight on the issues facing our community and our city. I will be a public servant at City Hall who works hard to get things done that benefit the city, and not just talks about them. As your City Councilmember, Dublin will be a place where families can live safely with economic opportunities, good-paying jobs, a revitalized downtown, improved quality of life, great schools, and where maintaining a high degree of public safety is expected. These are just some of the important issues that face Dublin residents. We must have results-based governance and accomplishments and the City Council must have a vision for the future. We must think smart and plan our progress. With term limits quickly approaching for Dublin's long term mayor and a City Council veteran, the November 2008 election could bring sweeping changes to Dublin's governance team. We must have an experienced and hard working City Council team that represents all interests. With my experience as a two-term Dublin School Board member, I will bring solid credentials and practical experience to the city council during a very important time in Dublin's history. |
