Candidate for
Board Member; Castro Valley Sanitary District

Tim and his wife Lynn enjoy living in Castro Valley and raising their two young daughters Amy and Erin.

Tim grew up and attended public schools in Hayward and Fremont. He went on to graduate with highest honors from U.C. Davis with a degree in Civil Engineering.

After college the East Bay Municipal Utility District hired Tim as a civil engineer. He now has over 14 years of experience in construction management, design, hydraulic modeling and environmental permitting.

Tim volunteers his free time to support his labor union. He has served as vice president, membership secretary and executive board member. His experience lobbying on behave of working families has engrained upon him the importance of becoming politically active.

Tim became the newest member of the Castro Valley Sanitary District when he won election in November 2004.
