I am Ray Tetreault. I am asking you to elect me to the board of the Discovery Bay Community Service District. I successfully served Discovery Bay as a past board member for six years. Since leaving the board, I continue to attend every board meeting because I care about Discovery Bay.

I thoroughly understand the dynamics of the current board. In order to change the composition of your board, and effectuate needed change, you must elect 2 new members to the board.

The composition of our board must change in order to manage growth, landscaping, and policing. This means you must elect 2 new members. I ask that you cast your votes for Mark Simon and me, Ray Tetreault.
