Head of Business Affairs for MGM Interactive and MGM Consumer Products. Negotiated motion picture and television acquisitions, negative pick-ups, co-financings and renewals/extensions for MGM, Orion Pictures and United Artists, including with Summit Entertainment, Working Title Films, RKO Pictures. Handled all aspects of acquisition, development, production, promotion, distribution and licensing of consumer products, themed entertainment and interactive videogames, including with Mad Science, Electronic Arts, Vodafone.

Vice President of Business Affairs. 1997 to 2001. Head of MGM Interactive. Head of Business Affairs for MGM Consumer Products and MGM.com. Deputy Head of Business Affairs for MGM Home Entertainment. Represented MGM with the Motion Picture Association on technology and licensing issues. Specific motion picture titles released included Some Like It Hot; the James Bond special edition DVDs; Return To Me; The Smokers; the Woody Allen DVDs; When Harry Met Sally; This Is Spinal Tap. Clinton/Gore '96, Huntington, West Virginia Advance Team Leader. 1996. Coordinated President Clinton's train trip to the Democratic National Convention. Traveled with Secret Service and prepared crowds for "spontaneous" demonstrations.

Coordinated budgeting, fund-raising and procurement of office materials. Directed cleanup and withdrawal from state.

Wilshire/Montana Neighborhood Coalition, Santa Monica, CA http://www.wilmont.org Chairperson. 2002 to 2004. Board member and chair of local neighborhood group. Insured that local residents' concerns were addressed by government bodies. Resolved parking disputes with local businesses.
