OPEN LETTER TO MARINA CITIZENS
DOWNTOWN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
The Downtown Specific Plan, one of the initial phases of downtown economic development, has been inexplicably sidelined for four years. Let's stop ignoring Central Marina and our Downtown District, where 75% of locally-owned businesses and residents are. Our downtown is the economic diversity that we value and strive to celebrate and enhance.
BALANCED BUDGET ~ FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY
When Bruce left the City Council in 2004, he left the city with a balanced budget.
