Candidate for
Council Member; City of Palm Desert

Robert "Bob" Spiegel has been a resident of Palm Desert since 1982. Moving here with his wife to open the first full service department store, The May Co., in Palm Desert. Bob was born and raised in Missouri, where his two sons and their families continue to live. He has one daugher who resides in Austin, Texas with her family. Since moving to the Coachella Valley Bob has been involved in the life of the entire community. Beginning with his serving as the First President of the Board of the College of the Desert Foundation, an organization he continues to serve on. A partial list of his service and awards follows:
