It is very important that we are able to retain highly qualified teachers and other staff so we can provide the best educational opportunity for our students.
At BUSD, we pride ourselves with having very dedicated and hard working teachers, administrators and support staff. Our goals is to be able to retain them by offering the following:
  • Whenever possible, provide a compensation package that is competitive with comparable district in the area.
  • Provide staff development programs to keep them abreast with new teaching models and adapt to the approved curriculum and other areas.
  • Provide individual career enhancement opportunities for all staff which eventually benefits our students.
