Meet Charles "Chuck" Lowery:

Charles Lowery is an Oceanside native, a graduate of Oceanside High School, class of 1969. He is a local businessman who has grown a small bakery into a successful business with distribution throughout the state of California. He is a member of the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce and understands the need for a prosperous community without sacrificing the things we all love about Oceanside.

Lowery is a community leader. He serves on the Board of the Oceanside Neighborhood Association. He is a volunteer at KOCT and has worked with Oceanside's schools to provide and fund a proven anti-violence program for our children. Charles is a family man with a daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren.

Running for City Council is a natural extension of his work in the community. Charles Lowery believes in Community Values and he believes in Valuing the Community
