"We the people" That phrase sums up what this country was founded on. It is time to restore that ideal form of government. Not "we the developers, or we the lobbyists, or we the campaign contributors". It is time to make sure local government is involved and working for the people, not the other way around. The notion that the general public is not savvy enough to understand government is foolish. Less government is good government.
