Candidate for
City Council Member; City of Pacifica

In the next four years, Pete will work hard to:

• listen to all Pacificans and work together positively for the good of the community

• wisely use our limited resources to maintain city services

• protect our open space and hillsides from inappropriate development

• complete an updated General Plan as a guideline for smart growth

• adopt strong green and sustainable building standards

• encourage high-quality commercial development and strengthen our shopping areas, including Palmetto Avenue

• improve our streets adn Highway 1 for safety and to relieve traffic congestion

• build a new 21st Century library

• maintain services and programs for youth, seniors and disabled
