...Tim Smith would provide a healthy dose of balance and fairness to the council. His service on a variety of community boards and commissions including the Planning Commission and the Rohnert Park-Cotati Library Advisory Board assures that he would be able to speak with authority on a number of community issues. Smith would be a clear-thinking and independent voice on the council.
