Questions & Answers

1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)

I have served as my state party's Chair and acting Secretary and been a delegate to itsExecutive Committee, and Vice-Chair of my county committee. I am aware of the purpose of government as described in the Declaration of Independence, and of the structure of the federal and state government.

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (50 word limit)

My legislative agenda: to the greatest extent possible do each of the following.

Reduce taxes -- rates and amounts -- and reduce the complexity of the state's tax laws and regulations. Remove from the government sector in Missouri every activity which can instead be performed by voluntary institutions. Never accept from the federal government money in violation of the U.S. Constitution. Never enact legislation originating in Washington DC in violation of the principles of federalism.
