A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Three Rivers Local School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding four and ninety-five hundredths (4.95) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty-nine and five-tenths cents ($0.495) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for three (3) years, commencing in 2008, first due in calendar year 2009.
