A replacement of a tax for the benefit of the Miami Township Waste District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of WASTE COLLECTION at a rate not exceeding one and twenty-five hundredths (1.25) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twelve and five-tenths cents ($0.125) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2008, first due in calendar year 2009
