Judge Schricker is currently serving as Judge in Magisterial District Court 05-2-47 where he has established himself as a fair and impartial Judge presiding over more than 30,000 cases. His office has collected over 2.5 million dollars for state and local municipalities. He and his staff have never failed a state or local audit. Judge Schricker is known as a no-nonsense jurist who brings a common sense approach to the bench. His life experience has taught him to be tough while remaining understanding and compassionate.

Judge Schricker is a lifelong resident of the Mon-Valley and a 20-year resident of The City of Duquesne where he and his wife are raising 3 daughters. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, BSBA 1984. Judge Schricker is currently certified by The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to perform the duties of Magisterial District Judge and is approved in Allegheny County to preside over Homicide Preliminary Hearings.
