We already brought in BJ's, Applebee's, and now a Best Buy. In order to continue this growth, City Council needs to work together rather fight amongst each other. That must be the focus to move the City forward.
Over the last 12 years I have worked in the field of development and real estate. Montebello derives its income through sales tax revenue and property taxes. In order to increase the tax base, I can tell you that as a business owner, it is easier to understand what would attract a business to come to Montebello.

That must be the focus to move the City forward. I have a good relationship with every council member at this time, and I know I can promote the city better than anyone, since it is my passion. We have fallen behind our neighboring cities such as Pico Rivera, Commerce, and East LA. It took Pico Rivera 8 years to get where it is in terms of development. Montebello needs to catch up, and I think it is possible to get there only if we have leadership that works together.
