The building heights limition referendum should be passed - PERIOD
Obviously I'm in favor of Measure B. The local architects, city planners and councilmembers all missed the mark when they signed off on the building located on lower Chapala. It bears absolutely no resemblence to our downtown architecture and ambiance. Height isn't the only problem with this edifice but, by law, referendums can only address a single fault. To properly adress this structure we would need at least three separate measures! Perhaps the principle benefit of this measure is that tells planners on no uncertain terms that it's time to listen to the public and not influence groups.
