Member, Board of Education; Valhalla Union Free School District; Seat currently held by Christine Petrillo

I am 45 years old, have been a resident in Valhalla for 13 years and have children attending Kensico and VMS in the district.

I grew up on Long Island, attended college at SUNY Potsdam and received a BA in Liberal Arts with a major in Computer Science and concentrations in Math and Music. After college I lived in the Boston area for 6 years and worked as a software engineer. I returned to the NY area in the early 90s and had several sales engineering positions with companies in the computer networking business. I moved into a management position several years ago and now manage a diverse group of engineers selling solutions to the financial community.

For the last several years I have been attending school board meetings and become familiar with the issues facing Valhalla. I am a quick learner, and will come up to speed quickly as a school board member. My proven management experience will be an asset to the board to make sound decisions for the community.
